Core Responsibility:

This position is responsible for the Company’s global Business Strategy & Development; ensuring that the Development, Implementation and Performance of the Customer Service, Sales an Marketing of the organization is consistently in alignment with organization’s objectives/goals. He must have proven ability to achieve an Annual Sales Target of at least 2 Billion Naira.
He/she is responsible to establish and implement the Sales & Marketing Target of the Company, and grow the organization’s market share and revenue base towards becoming the market leader in Nigeria.

Specific Responsibility

• Responsible for meeting global targets
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plan.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization
• Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments.
• Develops marketing campaigns for products and services. This includes formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains national sales staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising sales performance.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. A Business Manager will manage the office administration.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Preferred Age
The person should be between 35 – 45 years.

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree Social Sciences, Engineering or Computer Science
• An INTERNATIONAL Masters degree in Business Administration.
• Experience of at least one year in a known and structured International Organization.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.
• 10-15years of related industry experience in selling luxury homes in a Luxury Real Estate Firm or Interior design or Architectural Firm. Other related firms.
